Every year in April, over the course of multiple days, the MSU Science Festival invites the public to experience more than 250 presentations and hands-on activities on the MSU campus and at venues across the state. There's something for everyone at the Science Festival, with presentations geared for all ages and interests. The mission of the MSU Science Festival is to celebrate the many ways science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (the STEAM disciplines) touch our everyday lives and shape our future. The 2020 Festival was virtual and the 2021 Festival will be as well.

Venue offerings:

  • Live events for the public: More than 250 presentations and hands-on activities on the MSU campus and at venues across the state.

  • Digital presentations and resources: An archive of citizen science projects, videos, virtual tours, STEAM activities to do at home, and podcasts.
